1. Payment requirements: 30% deposit shall be paid in advance when placing an order, and the remaining balance shall be paid before leaving the factory.
2. Delivery time: 7 days for 1-6 sets, 10 days for 7-12 sets, and one month for 12-40 sets.
3. Minimum order quantity: 1 set.
4. Product quotation: The quotation shall be made according to the model and length, or the requirements of working conditions.
5. Product quality inspection: The factory has an independent quality department. Each product is tested and can leave the factory only after it is qualified.
6. Whether it can be OEM: It can be OEM as required, but it can be OEM only with the authorization of the brand party.
7. Process flow: Design - typesetting - blanking and cutting - parts machining - beveling of semi-finished products - assembly - Welding - pipe layout - welded pipe - grinding and sandblasting - Painting - assembly - quality inspection - packaging.
8. Design sample drawing: Providing working condition design sample drawing free of charge.
9. Color requirements: The color can be customized according to user needs, generally according to the color of the host.
10. Process requirements: Gas welding is adopted for the main body, plasma cutting is adopted for blanking cutting, argon arc welding is adopted for pipeline welding, and finish machining is carried out after quenching and tempering.
